DEFECTIVE ITEMS

NOTE: All claims must be made within 7 days after the product has been received.

For defective products, specifically problems related to the printing, embroidery, or integrity of the item, please take pictures of the problem and send a message to Firstoverall101@gmail.com

In the body of your message, please include the following information to help us process your claim.

  1. Your Order Number 

  2. The date your order was placed

  3. The return address as noted on the packing slip

  4. Describe the nature of the problem

  5. Attach photographic evidence.

SHIPPING

Currently, only standard shipping is available for all orders. Customers in the U.S. can expect to receive their orders within 8-10 business days.
